Absolutely exquisite and important antique pair of George I circa 1700 Polychrome painted hanging corner wall cabinets one of which depicts King Henry VIII. What a pair, they are the earliest examples of this type of cabinet I have ever seen, dating to the end of the 17th century and the very early part of the 18th century circa 1700. They are Polychrome painted as mentioned, this style of paint dates back hundreds of years, it literally lasts forever These are museum quality examples and will never come up on the private market again for sale Condition wise they have been cleaned waxed and polished, they have all the original patina marks you would expect for 320+ year old pieces Dimensions Height:- 114.5cm Width:- 57.5cm Depth:- 39cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point.
