Vintage Design
Design of Danish Desginer Erik Buck in the classic mid-century style. Buck’s designs characterize themselves through an organic and curved formal language. The no.49 chair was one of Buck’s first successes. The model is characterized by the floating -looking seat.
Buck was almost unknown during his work, which is why little information about the designer is transmitted. Not even his year of death is definitely known (1973 or 1982). His work was only rediscovered by the revival of the Scandinavian Mid-Century Design.
