19th Century Anglo-Burmese Hand-Carved Sideboard with Drawers & Cupboards

We are delighted to offer for sale this stunning 19th century Anglo Burmese hand carved sideboard with drawers and cupboards A highly decorative and well made piece, it’s complete and original, the timber has a lovely aged patina which really shows the lovely colour due to the age You have three drawers along the top, sadly I don’t have the key and the middle drawer is locked shut, you then have two large cupboards in each pedestal We have lightly cleaned waxed and polished this from top to bottom, it has various signs of use and age Dimensions Height:- 109 cm from the floor to the top of the fretwork carving, 83 cm to the top of the sideboard Width:- 137.5 cm Depth:- 55.5 cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
