This Cha Tansu features two drawers, two storage compartments with sliding doors (one with glass), and two compartments with hinged doors.

Cha Tansu, also known as Chabitsu or Chagama Tansu, is specifically designed for storing and displaying tea-related items used in the Japanese tea ceremony. “Cha” refers to tea, and “Tansu” means chest or storage.
