Gerard Voet is a Dutch painter and gallery owner.
In 1983 he opened his own gallery together with his wife Emma , named Gallery Ram.
He showed his own work there , but also signed lithographs of famous Dutch artist Karel Appel.
The gallery closed in 1997.
